Holden originally launched a small 4wd called the Cruze, which was short lived. A few years later, the small 4 door sedan was released and to popular accord.
The Cruze is becoming one of Holden's most popular model, though it is unlikely set to overtake sales of the Commodore due to being a popular Fleet vehicle. Available in 4 cylinder petrol or diesel engines, the fuel efficiency is on par with most European vehicles. Originally built in Asia, the Cruze is now a locally built car in South Australia.
